Visa and passport forms are available in the Association office during the library hours.You can also download these forms from the website of Consulate General of India,Houston,TX,USA.This downloading facility will be available in the association office during library hours.For more information and forms visit www.cgihouston.org

Visa Fee:

Visa(more than 1 yr) $150
Visa(1yr) $85
Visa(6months) $60

There will be an additional$10 service charge applied to all cases.The required fees are to be paid by money order or cashiers check drawn in favour of the Consulate General of India,Houston.
